Just funding out that it will not be operating. Paid in full for a 2022 CSA. Would really like information about all efforts to recover money.

Because we used Venmo, I was able to file a claim with Venmo and it was refunded a month after we filed the claim.

I’d made down payment but heard they folded so I tried sending messages and emails, but got no response. I paid via Venmo so I’ll try that route.

I filed a claim with Venmo, but they declined to help obtain a refund. Venmo recommended filing a police report, but I’m not inclined to escalate it to that level, even for the ~$600 I lost.

I understand the desire to not file reports against someone that had good intentions. But if we consider that even 50 people are out $600, that’s theft of $30,000. That isn’t a small amount. Plus all the grants that were accepted on behalf of her farm. It has been recommended to me that individuals file with the PA Bureau of Consumer Affairs, so that they can get an idea of the scope of this situation. This is really unfortunate, and it may be easy to write off the individual amount that we all lost, but the totality of this theft is likely rather large.

I filed a claim with the BUREAU OF CONSUMER PROTECTION. French Street Farms was given 3 months to respond and they didn't. The next step would be to pursue a lawsuit privately. I'm not sure it's worth it for the ~$200 I lost.

I also filed a claim with the Bureau of Consumer Protection. FSF did not respond, but at least it is on record now.

I paid for full season plus deposit on the next then never heard from this person. Tried contacting her several times and then gave up.
